5. Most of our deliveries are made next-day after processing.

6. A total of 3-4 working days for delivery of an order is typical but it may be possible to reduce this time-scale if necessary.

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, then you must do so prior to the order being processed.  You may do so by e-mailing sales@best4frames.co.uk , or  phoning 0845 330 5566 and speaking to a member of our staff. Please quote your name and order reference number as well as giving us the most convenient contact number on which you can be reached.

10. You will be responsible for costs associated with returning goods to us, unless of course they are faulty or we have made a mistake.

11. Refunds cannot be made in respect of goods made to your specific requirements, such as mounts or custom frames, unless they are faulty.
