All frame sizes listed are internal - they refer to your artwork size, not the external size of the frame. For example if you select '40x50cm' then that frame is made to a fit a 40x50cm picture inside the frame, with no border/mount around it.
Our promise to you: We pride ourselves on expertly packing frames and mounts, and include large amounts of bubble, shrink wrapping and void fill to ensure your frames and mounts get to you safely, and ready to make your artwork fit for any wall.
We want you to be delighted with your frames, that's why if you're not happy with them, we'll either replace or refund you within 14 days of your purchase.
If your goods are damaged, please inform us within 2 days of receiving them and we'll either refund you or send out replacements as soon as possible. We never ask for damaged goods to be returned, so we kindly ask you dispose of them yourself.
